Our PEST incident tracking system is an automated Internet support mechanism which allows customers to submit support issues via a standard web browser. Based on the priority that you give the request, it is routed either to the appropriate e-mail box in our organization or directly to our technician's alphanumeric pager. We feel that this system, coupled with traditional offline support mechanisms such as 24/7 voice mail and pager services, will provide ISMGs customers with the highest level of support available.
